Marsha Lynch is the Head Coach of the San Jose region and brings over 10 years management experience in Internet Technology, having managed large- scale projects for the City of San Jose, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and The California Department of Agriculture. She has experience with start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Her insight is unique and especially relevant for the San Jose region. For over a decade Lynch was brought in to evaluate, design, complete and test technological solutions. Once she delved into these companies she found their businesses inevitably required assistance. Organization, sales, pricing and other factors soon came into play and she became involved with many facets of her client’s businesses in order to help them achieve greater results.

Her personal achievements include:

Saved client $250K by developing and implementing a central database repository.

Turned around an $8M technical project for the City of San Jose.

Implemented business and technical process improvements, increasing productivity by 60% for business applications process (CisCorp).

Improved internal productivity and customer satisfaction for Franklin-Templeton.

Provided management oversight for technology and business process for California Department of Food and Agriculture.
